Terms of service

As a disclaimer; I do presently work a full time job where I work on Saturdays and Sundays 8:00AM-4:00PM, and Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:00PM-12:00AM.
I will not begin development on any commission until a full upfront payment is made by the client.
I will only accept payment via Paypal at this time.
No revisions are available after the final scene has been rendered if the client has previously approved it.
I have the right to turn down any commission if I feel it is necessary, including any client that expresses rude, indecent behavior.
Instructions/communication must be clear on the part of the client to insure there are no issues in the process of developing the commission.
My work is not to be used for any AI, NFT, or commercial purposes.
Bigoted or offensive commissions will be refused.
NSFW commissions are permitted depending on the content or situation. Any explicit subjects I am not comfortable with depicting will be refused.
Finalized commissions (excluding NSFW) may be posted to my social media at my discretion.
